The Modrn Company's fee is 18% of the total event spend and is directly related to the scope of service required. We limit full-service clients to 10 per year to dedicate the time and attention needed for our clients.
Events are managed and styled by Creative Director and CEO, Ashley Davidson, with associate, MacKenzie Verhelst as your lead planner.
Our all-inclusive
Starting with an overview of your design style and preferences, we outline your event objectives and specific deliverables. Budget analysis & development follows, before your full design concept with a preliminary mood board and an event estimate total.
01. Consultation
Once your proposal has been accepted, vendor procurement begins. Your creative partners and logistical suppliers are then carefully selected to make your vision a reality.
02. Planning

Event element design and procurement. With your 3D floor plan and design concepts ready, we work with manufacturing professionals, local and international artists to create or source original items specifically for your event.
03. Design
Vendor timelines are created and sent out to each party, with contracts saved and a full production schedule finalized. Walk-throughs of the venue occur with vendors followed by a final rehearsal meeting before complete event production.
